Years of education and over 18 years of experience has taught me that you do not need a gym with fancy equipment to achieve or maintain fitness. Fitness means “the ability of your body systems to work together efficiently to allow you to be healthy and perform activities of daily living.” Don’t get me wrong, gyms have great modalities and equipment for working out, but sometimes they do more harm than good. Improper use of gym equipment can lead to injury or chronic pain due to muscle imbalances. This is where I come in! I’ve acquired the knowledge and skills over the years to help those with chronic pain restore their body back to healthy movement through corrective exercises. Because I use little to no equipment to do this, sessions can take place in the privacy of the clients home either in person or virtually.
